Bring it back !

Andy pointed that some Americans want to give us back our gift. I think it's a great idea, because our monuments are starting to show their ages, and some renewal is welcome. I've several ideas for a location.

1. Paris: facing Notre-Dame, could be a nice arrangement, a catholic cathedral facing a pagan statue, both representing an idea of peace and freedom.
2. Omaha Beach in Normandy: first we dig a big hole, and we put the statue in it. Then we stop to maintain it, and we wait for some corrosion. Now remember the final scene of the original "Planet of the apes"! I'm sure it could attract a lot of tourists! We just have to wait a few days in order to see if there are enough "collateral damages" in Iraq so as we can put a big panel "Damn them. Damn them all to hell! They did it. They finally did it."
3. The statue's height is 46.5m, and the first floor of Eiffel Tower is 57.6m high, perfect! We can bring together two creations of Eiffel's company! Quite symbolic: "Eiffel Tower protecting the Liberty".
