The poor status of JRoller
Take a look at this page: Issue Navigator for JRoller - Filter on 'outstanding'. As of today, we still have no recent comments, no trackbacks, no correct UTF-8 support (could be excusable if Roller was written in PHP), and no way out (since more than two years ago). Hopefully JRoller is no more a showcase for Roller as in the good ol' freeroller time. The best clue about the situation ?
