I bought into the Apple account system originally to buy songs at 99 cents a pop, and over the years that same ID has evolved into a single point of entry that controls my phones, tablets, computers and data-driven life. With this AppleID, someone can make thousands of dollars of purchases in an instant, or do damage at a cost that you can’t put a price on.

Distimo has released an interesting publication which looks at the Apple iTunes App Store – even though that is not, by far, the only app store in existance, it is the one which started the App Store Phenomenon.

Sadly, it is also the one which declared the extincion of the paid app. The chart below shows the falling percentage of classic paid apps over the years

Le client préfère les coûts cachés, comme ça il peut se plaindre après qu'il ne comprend pas où passe son argent.
